  2. just going through old posts and saw this comment: the brussel sprouts were cooked in olive oil, butter, and pine nuts and eaten on pasta, the salad greens were salad, the eggplants were cut up and roasted to make a ratatouille type dish also on top of pasta, the mustard greens were stir-fried, the fruit was eaten as is. onions and peppers went into various, flowers on the kitchen table, avocado on a sandwich.
